FiveSense Farm Frequently Asked Questions
What packages are available?
We have two packages:
What about deposits and payments?
To hold your date, we require a $500 deposit that is non-refundable. 50% of your balance is due 60 days prior to the event and the remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.
A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required 30 days prior to the event and will be refunded within 21 days as long as everything looks the same on Sunday as it did on Friday.
What about my decorations?
Feel free to use Friday for creativity around the farm with candles, ribbons and any special items you want to incorporate into your special day. FiveSense Farm prides itself on its outdoor wedding location, so we always get impressed with new ideas and would love to work with you on new options! No fireworks or bird seed is allowed. Candles in glass jars hanging from the trees and hidden in the gardens is highly recommended.
How do I book an appointment to see the property and ask more questions?
Please contact Trish Gibson , trish@fivesensefarm.com or (615) 542-5397 to make an appointment to view the property. Please do not show up unannounced as this is our home.
Can I bring alcohol? What about a live band?
Our family likes to have fun on this farm too, so we understand the importance of this question! Yes and Yes. We have a few forms and will cover the liability and responsibility part with you of course, but want to keep your memories wonderful without your event ending up like a bad frat party.
What are the “Extras”?
If you party too hard on Saturday and want to relax, we will clean up your event for $275. You will need to remove your important items first. Take a look at our a la cart page for a list of the extra unique items FiveSense Farm offers for your wedding day.
Bad weather or rain?
If the Farmers’ Almanac throws you a curve ball on your date, we will help with the last minute change of plans to move everything under a tent. If the event is cancelled, we will work with you to reschedule as soon as possible. Please understand this is an outdoor wedding venue and we hope you enjoy every minute of it!
